Billing Terms and Conditions
These Billing Terms and Conditions explain how payments are processed for purchases made through the Lys & Loom online store.
1. Accepted Payment Methods

2. Currency & Pricing

All prices and charges are displayed and processed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Any applicable sales taxes and fees are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Payment Timing & Authorization

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total order amount (including any taxes and applicable fees) to your chosen payment method.

If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be completed.
4. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Klarna.

These providers handle your payment data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Lys & Loom does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

For Klarna or similar providers, your payment schedule, interest, and fees (if any) are governed by your separate agreement with that provider.
5. Refunds

Refunds are issued according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Approved refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase, whenever technically possible.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days after we process the refund for the amount to appear on your statement.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with your order or payment, please contact us first at info@lysandloom.com so we can try to resolve the issue.

If you initiate a chargeback, we may provide documentation to your bank or payment provider showing that the transaction was authorized and processed according to our policies.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in restrictions on your ability to place future orders.
7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or review orders that appear suspicious or potentially fraudulent, including orders with unusual patterns or mismatched billing and shipping information.

For high-value orders, we may request additional verification of your identity or payment details before shipping your items.
